You can choose the BOLD or ROBUST brewing setting if you are drawn to dark, oily coffee beans at the store and look for coffee adjectives such as “bold, deep or rich. ”

You can keep your coffee at a hotter or cooler temperature depending on your personal preference with the Melitta 12 Cup Coffee Brewer’s KEEP WARM function. The MED setting is the regular or “standard” coffee temperature. Additionally, you can turn the brewer off by pressing the off button or let the Melitta 12 Cup Brewer turn itself off automatically in 2 hours.
